www-A computer network consisting of a various amount of internet siteings. (World Wide Web)
internet-A computer network that interconnects with other computer networks/signals.
modem-A piece of electronic equipment consisting of a device used to connect to computers.
broadband- a communication network in which  a type of high-speed data transmission is shared by more than one signal. 
dial up-A form of Internet access that is made up of using telephone lines.
SMS-Is a communication service that allows the exchange of short text messages between mobile phone devices.(Short Message Service)
MMS-allows users to  transmit graphics, sound files and short text messages via mobile phones.(Multimedia Messaging Service)
cyberbullying-bullying which involves the use of technology.
phishing-Using e-mails and copies of legitimate websites to steal financial data from computer users. 
cyberstalking-stalking which involves the use of internet/technology.
masquerading-Pretending to be someone or something that you are not.
spam-Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging
virus-Code planted illegally in a computer program.
E-Saftey-Is electronic saftey for children.
spyware-An electronic saftey for children
pop-up-When an applet on a web page causes another window to open up.

Cooling fan-used for cooling purposes inside the computer wich prevents the computer from heating up too much.
RAM-random access memory. RAM is used by programs to perform necessary tasks while the computer is on and running.
CPU-central processing unit.the part of a computer that does most of the data processing.CPU is also know as a microprocessor chip.

video card-a piece of hardware installed into a computer to allow it to send video signals.
sound card- a computer expansion card that facilitates the input and output of audio signals to and from a computer
motherboard-a board upon which other boards that contain the basic circuitry of a computer can be mounted

CD - ROM-a compact disk on which a large amount of data can be stored
DVD drive-the main uses for/of a DVD drive are video and data storage
CD drive-data storage medium that is composed of a disk of thin
Floppy disk-data storage disk that is composed of a disk
Mouse- is a pointing device that functions by moving the cursor to any position
Printer-an output device that prints documents or data
Power supply- a device that supplies a source of electrical power
